It’s a 3 days course (1 Hour 30 mins per session) where you will learn 4 Meditation techniques.​ Which helps in the treatment of stress, anxiety and other mental health conditions like PTSD, sleep disorder, OCD.

The course is developed for individuals who are interested in self-healing, self-growth & personality development​

This Course can also help Individuals having diseases caused due to Mental stress like Asthama, High Blood Pressure, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, allergy, tiredness, headaches, muscle cramp etc.

Sessions are conducted either on Mon-Tue-Wed Or Tue-Thurs-Sat, evening time. 5 pm to 9 pm (IST).
